Our Schöfferhofer Wheat Beer and Schöfferhofer Wheat Beer Mix Ranges are mainly brewed in Dortmund / Germany.

The “Reinheitsgebot” (German Purity Law) allows only the following ingredients to be used: Malt, hops, water, yeast. All our wheat beer range products meet those purity law requirements. Hence those products are brewed according to the German Purity Law. Our wheat beer mixes consist of 50% wheat beer and 50% drink components. Due to the drink component, all our mix beers do not comply with the “Reinheitsgebot”.

The ABV of Schöfferhofer Wheat Beer is 5%. Schöfferhofer Wheat Beer Mix has an ABV of 2.5%.

Schöfferhofer Wheat Beer is the first wheat beer in Germany to be brewed outside of Bavaria. It is fresh, modern wheat beer and unique among the typical banana-flavoured wheat beer brands from Bavaria breaking the conventions of the traditional wheat beer market.

A special, dark malt gives Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen Dunkel its mysterious dark colour and unique malty taste.

Schöfferhofer Hefeweizen Naturtrüb is an unfiltered beer, a beer that does not undergo an extra filtration process before bottling resulting in its cloudy appearance.

The colour of Schöfferhofer Grapefruit originates from the cloudy Schöfferhofer Wheat Beer and from the Schöfferhofer Grapefruit Drink component containing beta-carotene, a natural, red-orange pigment found in plants and fruits.

Schöfferhofer Grapefruit is an unfiltered Hefeweizen Beer with 50% grapefruit drink with grapefruit juice.

All Schöfferhofer Wheat Beers and Wheat Beer Mixes are brewed without using any animal products...completely vegan and proud of it!

Schöfferhofer is brewed with malted wheat and barley, which naturally contain gluten. Wheat and barley give our beers their unique character.
