Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 180°.
2. Start sautéing the salmon with the garlic clove along with a splash of lemon juice in a frying pan.
3. Slide the baguette and heat it in the oven for about 4-6 minutes.
4. Use the baguette as your base and put the hummus and avocado on top along with the salmon.
5. Enjoy!
