Do the Schöfferhofer Wheat Beer Mixes comply with the “Reinheitsgebot”?
The “Reinheitsgebot” (German Purity Law) allows only the following ingredients to be used: Malt, hops, water, yeast. Our wheat beer mixes consist of 50% wheat beer and 50% drink components. Due to the drink component, all our mix beers do not comply with the “Reinheitsgebot”.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any crown caps and / or product labels for any private collection. Schöfferhofer strictly follows the FSSC (Food Safety System Certification) standards and accordingly the international DIN ISO 22000 which stipulates that our crown caps and product labels follow strict production and are processed internally only… Thank you for your interest!

What is the sediment at the bottom of my product (bottle)?
The sediment found at the bottom of the bottle is the yeast and some proteins from the wheat beer. It is absolutely natural and harmless.
